ハリーネルソンの"ココナッツ"。映画『レザボア・ドッグズ』で使われたことでも有名。私も映画で聞いて好きになったクチである。歌詞のくりかえしがちょっと病みつきになる曲。ちなみに上の動画はたぶん本人ではない。
気になる歌詞は以下。

というわけで、適当に訳すと、「ブラザーがココナッツ買ってきた。シスターももう一つ買ってきた。彼女はそれにライムを入れて飲みほした。彼女は医者に電話してたたき起こした。おなか痛いんだけど薬ない？医者は言った、ココナッツにライムを入れて飲みなさい。また朝になったら電話しなさい」。おおむねこんな感じ。うん、わかりませんね。wikiによれば妊娠と悪阻のメタファー的なものを含んでいる様子。聞いてるとなんとなく楽しい。
